Ingredients
7 items- 100 gDark Chocolate
- 50 gButter
- 2 pcsEgg
- 25 gFlour
- 30 gSugar
- Chili Pepperto taste
- Orange Zestzest of one orange
Method
- Melt dark chocolate and butter in a bain-marie.
- Beat eggs and sugar together.
- Once the chocolate mixture has cooled slightly, slowly pour it into the egg mixture while stirring.
- Add orange zest and chili pepper.
- Sift in the flour and mix well.
- Pour the batter into small molds.
- Bake at 180°C for 8 minutes.
