A delicious turkey dish with a fresh citrus sauce made from orange, lemon, and mandarin. The turkey is pan-seared and then simmered in a tangy, aromatic sauce thickened with a touch of cornstarch, finished with citrus zest for extra fragrance.

Ingredients

- 1 pcsGarlic1 clove
- RosemaryA sprig

- Corn Starch (Maizena)For thickening

Method
- Heat a little oil in a pan over medium heat. Add a clove of garlic and a sprig of rosemary to infuse flavor.
- Add turkey slices to the pan and cook over a slightly higher flame until golden and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, squeeze the juice from oranges, lemons, and mandarins (or grapefruit if desired) and set aside.
- Remove the cooked turkey from the pan and discard the garlic clove.
- Reduce the heat and pour the citrus juice into the pan. Let it simmer.
- In a small bowl, dissolve a little cornstarch in a splash of water, then stir it into the citrus sauce to thicken.
- Add some finely grated zest of orange, lemon, and mandarin to the sauce for extra aroma.
- Season with a pinch of salt.
- Return the turkey slices to the pan and simmer briefly to coat them with the sauce.
- Serve the turkey with the citrus sauce, garnishing with extra zest if desired.
