Spaghetti Alla Puttanesca

A classic Neapolitan pasta dish with tomatoes, olives, capers, garlic, and chili. Simple yet flavorful.

Ingredients
8 items- 400 gSpaghetti
- 1 pcsGarlic
- Chili Pepperto taste
- 2 pcsCherry Tomatoesjars of cherry tomatoes, or substitute with crushed tomatoes
- Desalted Capers
- Olive Nere Snocciolate
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Parsley
Method
- In a pan, heat extra virgin olive oil with a clove of garlic and a chili pepper (adjust to your preferred spiciness).
- Add desalted capers and pitted black olives.
- Add cherry tomatoes (from a jar or canned) or crushed tomatoes; stir.
- Let the sauce cook for about 15 minutes, occasionally crushing the tomatoes with a spoon.
- Meanwhile, cook spaghetti (or linguine or bucatini) al dente.
- Drain the pasta and finish cooking it in the sauce for the last 2–3 minutes.
- Finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkle of chopped parsley.
