A simple and delicious sandwich with prosciutto di Parma, burrata, and fresh peaches, drizzled with a honey-lemon sauce.

- Cut the bread.
- Prepare a sauce with lemon juice, lemon zest, honey, and a pinch of pepper. Mix well.
- Spread some sauce on the bottom and top of the bread.
- Place the burrata on the bottom of the sandwich.
- Add the prosciutto di Parma on top of the burrata.
- Thinly slice the peach and arrange the slices on the prosciutto.
- Sprinkle a little salt over the peaches.
