A sweet, tangy and spicy Asian-inspired sauce with soy, honey, lime, ginger, garlic, cashews and chili. Perfect for glazing chicken wings or as a dipping sauce.

Ingredients
9 items- 2 tbspSoy Sauce
- 1 pcsGarlicclove
- Gingera piece, to taste
- Honeya drizzle
- 1 pcsLimejuice only
- Seed Oilvery little
- Cashewsa handful, chopped
- 1 pcsPeperoncino Rossofresh, chopped (seeds removed if desired)
- Spring Onion(optional) — optional, for garnish
Method
- In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
- Grate one clove of garlic and add it to the bowl.
- Grate a piece of fresh ginger and add it.
- Add a drizzle of honey.
- Squeeze the juice of one lime into the bowl.
- Add a very small amount of seed oil.
- Finely chop a handful of cashews and add them.
- Finely chop one red chili (remove seeds if desired) and add it.
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- For serving, coat chicken wings with the sauce and cook over low heat, adding chopped spring onion at the end.
