Delicious baked halved tomatoes seasoned with garlic, fresh herbs, and plenty of olive oil.

- Wash the tomatoes gently with a little water.
- Remove the stems and cut the tomatoes in half (or into three parts if they are large).
- Gently remove some of the seeds using your hands.
- Wet a sheet of parchment paper and place it on a baking tray so it sticks properly.
- Arrange the tomatoes on the baking tray.
- Season with salt, a generous amount of pepper, and garlic, spreading it evenly.
- Add fresh parsley and hand-torn basil.
- Pour a generous amount of olive oil over the top.
- Bake at maximum oven power for about half an hour until they are slightly charred and ready.
