Ingredients
8 items- Mixed Ground Meat
- Grated Cheese
- Bread Soaked in Milk
- Egg
- Salt
- Pepper
- Cooked Ham
- Brieor your preferred cheese
Method
- In a bowl, combine mixed minced meat, grated cheese, bread soaked in milk, an egg, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the meat mixture with cooked ham and brie (or your preferred cheese).
- Cover the filling with the meat mixture and seal well.
- Bake in the oven at 200°C for 45 minutes.
- Remove the parchment paper and bake for another 10 minutes.
