Method
- Place the minced beef in a bowl.
- Add chopped parsley and garlic.
- Add one egg, salt, and pepper.
- Soak some bread in milk, then add it to the mixture.
- Mix everything until well combined and compact.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs.
- Prepare a batter: mix water, flour, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each meatball into the batter, shaking off excess.
- Coat the meatballs in crushed Carasau bread, pressing gently to adhere.
- Fry the meatballs in oil at 170–175°C (340–350°F) for about 2 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
- To serve, spread the red cabbage mayonnaise on a plate, place the meatballs on top, and garnish with fresh salad leaves.
