A pizza stuffed with a lamb burger, creamy Sicilian broccoli, and melted provola cheese, flavored with pecorino and mint.

Method
- Clean the Sicilian broccoli: remove the tough outer leaves, peel the stalks, and cut into pieces. Cook in boiling salted water until tender. Drain.
- Cut the lamb bacchetto into thin strips, then into small cubes. Finely chop with a knife.
- In a bowl, mix the chopped lamb with grated pecorino, pepper, salt, and fresh mint (torn by hand). Form a patty with a ring mold.
- Heat oil in a pan with garlic and chili pepper. Cook the lamb patty until a nice crust forms on the outside and it's slightly pink inside.
- Add the cooked broccoli to the pan and mash with a fork to create a creamy sauce. Mix well.
- Warm the Roman pizza (pizza bianca) in a pan or oven.
- Place one slice of pizza as the base, spread the broccoli cream, place the lamb patty, cover with slices of provola cheese, and top with another slice of pizza.
- Heat the whole sandwich until the cheese melts.
