This Roman-style pizza features a double disc of dough baked at 320°C, creating a crispy base. Topped with generous mortadella, stracciatella cheese, and pistachio cream.

Ingredients
6 items- Pasta per Pizzafor both discs
- Olive Oilfor drizzling between discs and on top
- Salta pinch
- Mortadellagenerous amount

Method
- Roll out two discs of pizza dough, one slightly larger for the base.
- Press down the edge to maintain the Roman-style flat border.
- Drizzle a thread of olive oil between the two discs.
- Place the smaller disc on top and poke holes in the top layer.
- Add another thread of oil and a pinch of salt.
- Bake at 320°C, using a perforated peel to remove excess flour.
- Remove from the oven and top generously with mortadella.
- Add stracciatella cheese and pistachio cream.
- Close the pizza and cut into slices.
