A Roman classic redefined: a simple pizza bread filled with a creamy ricotta, lemon and mint mixture, topped with caramelized figs.

- Prepare the caramelized figs by melting a knob of butter in a pan with a sprig of rosemary.
- Cut the figs in half and place them in the pan. Brush them with acacia honey and sprinkle with salt.
- Add pepper and cook until caramelized.
- Prepare the ricotta cream by mixing ricotta with torn fresh mint, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the pizza bread in half and lightly toast it on a pan with a drizzle of oil.
- Spread the ricotta mixture on the base of the bread.
- Top with the warm caramelized figs and the crispy rosemary.
- Add a final touch of fresh mint leaves, salt, and pepper before serving.
