Method
- Add the lemon zest to the flour.
- Add a tablespoon of olive oil.
- Add the eggs and knead until smooth.
- Cut the dough into small pieces.
- Fry the pieces in hot oil until golden.
- In a separate pan, melt the honey and add the sugar.
- Add the fried pignolate and coat them with the honey mixture.
