A classic Roman dish of veal breast baked with potatoes, onion, garlic, and white wine.

Ingredients
8 items- Veal BreastVeal breast, scored
- PotatoesPotatoes, boiled 5 minutes
- OnionOnion, cut into wedges
- GarlicGarlic cloves
- PepperBlack pepper
- SaltSalt
- Olive OilOlive oil
- White WineWhite wine, a splash
Method
- Boil potatoes in salted water for 5 minutes.
- Score the veal breast with a knife.
- Place the veal in a baking dish with garlic, onion wedges, pepper, salt, and oil.
- Mix everything with your hands.
- Bake at 180°C for about 1.5 hours.
- Add a splash of white wine and continue baking until done.
