A classic Italian pasta dish: pennette with smoked salmon in a creamy tomato sauce, finished with fresh parsley.

Method
- Finely chop the onion until it is very fine.
- Add a drizzle of oil and sauté the onion until softened.
- Add a splash of tomato passata for color.
- Add cream (mandatory).
- Add smoked salmon.
- Cook the pennette pasta.
- In the last 2 minutes of cooking, transfer the pasta to the sauce and stir to create a creamy emulsion.
- Finish with fresh parsley.
