- 2 pcsSausage
- 60 gChampignon Mushrooms
- Salta pinch
- White Wineto taste
- 100 gTomato Sauce
- 70 gCream
- Parsley(optional) — for garnish
Method
- Shred the sausages and brown them in a pan.
- Finely slice the mushrooms, add a pinch of salt.
- Deglaze with white wine.
- Add a little tomato sauce.
- Add a little cream.
- Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve over cooked penne pasta.
