Ingredients
4 items- Speckcrispy
- Bell Pepperone large bell pepper
- Robiolato taste
- Pastashort pasta, e.g., penne or mezze maniche
Method
- Brown the speck until it becomes crispy.
- Cut a bell pepper.
- Prepare a cream sauce in the pan.
- Cook the pasta al dente and finish cooking it in the pan (risottare).
- Turn off the heat.
- Mix in the robiola cheese (mantecare).
- Add the crispy speck on top.
