Pasta with Tuna

Method

1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta.
2. In a pan, heat extra virgin olive oil and sauté the finely chopped white onion.
3. Add the fresh tomatoes cut into quarters and black pepper. Cook for a few minutes.
4. After about ten minutes, add a splash of tomato passata.
5. Add the canned tuna (at least two cans) and stir.
6. Add two Taggiasca olives.
7. Add chopped parsley.
8. Drain the pasta al dente and toss it in the pan with the sauce.
