Pasta with Summer Ragù

A quick and easy summer ragù made in one pan with sausage, cherry tomatoes, pecorino, and burrata. Perfect for hot days when you don't want a heavy sauce. Serve with pasta.

Ingredients
7 items- 1 pcsGarlic
- Sausage
- White Wine
- Cherry Tomatoes
- 2 pcsBasil
- Pecorino
- 1 pcsBurrata
Method
- Add a clove of garlic and crumble the sausage into the pan. Brown well.
- Deglaze with white wine, scraping up the browned bits from the bottom.
- Add halved cherry tomatoes and two basil leaves. Cook gently without stirring until the tomatoes are roasted.
- Turn off the heat. Add abundant pecorino cheese and a beautiful burrata.
