Ingredients
8 items- 200 gFriggitelli
- 200 gPeperoncini dolci
- 400 gPannicolo
- Extra Virgin Olive OilFor cooking and marinade
- Garlic1 clove, halved
- RosemaryFresh sprigs
- Red OnionCut into chunks

Method
- Heat abundant extra virgin olive oil in a pan and add a clove of garlic, cut in half.
- Add the friggitelli peppers and sweet chili peppers, reduce the heat, cover, and let them cook slowly.
- While the peppers cook, take the pannicolo and cut it against the grain into pieces of desired size.
- Add the pannicolo to the pan along with chunks of red onion, fresh rosemary, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Cook everything together, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the meat is cooked through.
- Season with salt to taste at the end and serve hot.
