A delicious panino made with beef slices, escarole, smoked provola, and a garlic-anchovy oil. Perfect for a hearty meal.

- Extra Virgin Olive Oilgood quality
- Breadrustic bread or panino roll
- Smoked Provolasmoked provola from Agerola
- Escarolewashed and dried
- Olivespitted and chopped
- Anchoviesanchovy fillets in oil
- Salt
Method
- Heat olive oil in a pan and add smashed garlic cloves.
- Cook the beef slices briefly in the hot oil, seasoning with salt. Remove from pan.
- Use a piece of bread to mop up the garlic-infused oil from the pan.
- Place slices of smoked provola on the bread while still hot to melt slightly.
- In a bowl, combine escarole leaves, additional crushed garlic, olives, anchovy fillets, and a drizzle of good olive oil. Mix well.
- Top the bread with the cooked beef slices and the escarole mixture.
- Serve immediately.
