A sandwich with sautéed skirt steak, cherry tomatoes, and green beans, seasoned with garlic and peperoncino, all assembled in a crispy toasted bun.

Ingredients
10 items- Breada bread roll for panino
- 1 pcsGarlic1 clove, halved; use half for bread, half for beans
- 2 pcsCherry Tomatoes
- 3 pcsGreen Beansor 2
- Diaframmaa piece (about 150-200g)
- Olive Oilas needed
- Saltto taste
- Pepper(optional) — to taste
- Chili Pepper(optional) — to taste
- Basila few fresh leaves
Method
- Halve the bread roll and remove the inner crumb.
- Toast the bread halves in a pan with a little olive oil and garlic until golden and crispy.
- In the same pan, cook the halved cherry tomatoes with garlic and chili, seasoning with salt. Set aside.
- Trim the green beans and cook them in a little water and salt until tender.
- In a hot pan with oil, sear the skirt steak until a crust forms. Do not salt immediately; season after cooking.
- Let the meat rest, then slice thinly against the grain.
- Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste.
- Assemble the sandwich: layer the tomatoes, green beans, and sliced meat on the toasted bread. Add fresh basil leaves.
- Serve immediately.
