Learn how to make a restaurant-quality sea bream in an air fryer with this easy recipe. The fish is stuffed with aromatics, wrapped in parchment and foil, and cooked with cherry tomatoes, garlic, and herbs for a flavorful and moist result.

Ingredients
9 items- 1 pcsSea BreamAbout 400-500g, cleaned and scaled
- SaltTo taste
- ParsleyFresh, a small bunch
- Extra Virgin Olive OilA drizzle
- Cherry TomatoesYellow and red cherry tomatoes
- BasilFresh leaves
- 1 pcsGarlicWhole clove, unpeeled (in camicia)
- PepperTo taste
- White Wine(optional) — Optional, a splash
Method
- Take a fresh sea bream, clean and scale it.
- Place a sheet of parchment paper and put the fish on it.
- Fill the belly of the fish with salt, parsley, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
- Close the two ends of the parchment paper.
- Wrap the fish externally also with aluminum foil, rolling it like a candy.
- Now add all the flavors: yellow and red cherry tomatoes, basil, parsley, garlic in its skin, salt, pepper, white wine (optional), and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
- Close gently, not too tight, just delicately.
- Place in the air fryer and cook at 180°C for about 18-20 minutes. The cooking time depends on the size of the fish.
- Check if the fish is cooked by pulling the anal fin; if it comes off easily, it is done.
- Serve with the softened cherry tomatoes on top and the flavorful sauce for dipping bread.
