A fresh and creamy pasta dish combining sweet figs, crumbled gorgonzola, delicate zucchini flowers, and a crudaiola sauce (raw tomato and basil) finished with a squeeze of lemon.

Ingredients
9 items- 4 pcsFigsFresh figs, washed and cubed
- 100 gGorgonzolaCrumbled
- 6 pcsZucchini FlowersWashed and torn
- 30 gParmigiano ReggianoGrated
- SaltA pinch
- BasilPlenty of fresh leaves
- Olive OilGenerous drizzle
- 200 gLinguine (Or Spaghetti)Cooked al dente
- Lemon JuiceA squeeze for acidity
Method
- Wash the figs gently and cut them into cubes.
- Crumble the gorgonzola cheese into a large bowl.
- Wash the zucchini flowers and tear them directly into the bowl.
- Grate Parmesan cheese over the mixture.
- Add a pinch of salt, plenty of fresh basil, and a generous drizzle of olive oil.
- Mix everything gently to combine, then let it marinate while the pasta cooks.
- Cook the pasta (spaghetti or linguine) in salted boiling water until al dente.
- Drain the pasta very well and add it to the bowl with the sauce.
- Add a squeeze of lemon juice for acidity.
- Toss well and serve immediately.
