Ingredients
9 items- 500 gFlour
- 200 gWater
- 80 gMilk
- 13 gSalt
- 10 gSugar
- 40 gSunflower Oil
- 30 gButter
- 7 gDry Brewer's Yeast
- 2 tbspCrusca(optional) — optional, about 2 tablespoons
Method
- In a bowl, combine flour, dry yeast, and sugar.
- Add water and milk, then mix.
- Add butter and sunflower oil, and continue kneading.
- Knead for 7-8 minutes until smooth.
- Optionally fold the dough a few times on the work surface to strengthen.
- Let the dough rest for 30-40 minutes at room temperature.
- Divide the dough into pieces of 150g each (makes about 12 pieces).
- Shape each piece into a ball by folding the edges toward the center and rolling on the table.
- Place the balls on a baking tray, spaced apart.
- Let them proof for 1-1.5 hours until doubled in size.
- Bake in a static oven at 190°C (375°F) for 15-20 minutes.
