Method
- Assemble the Weber Traveler BBQ, connect the gas canister, open the valve, and press the ignition button to light the burner.
- Clean the seafood: remove heads and entrails from the anchovies; clean the squid by pulling out the transparent quill and beak; remove the vein from the prawns. Rinse all seafood in seawater to preserve flavor.
- Prepare the dipping sauce: in a bowl, combine extra virgin olive oil, dried oregano, and salt. Mix well.
- Place the seafood on the hot grill. Cook for a few minutes on each side until lightly charred and cooked through.
- Transfer the grilled seafood to a serving platter. Serve immediately with the dipping sauce.
