A quick and clever recipe using stale bread, tomato sauce, and mozzarella to create a fake pizza that tastes just like the real thing. Perfect for last-minute dinners.

Ingredients
7 items- Stale Breadstale bread slices
- Pomodoro Crudo Pelato e Passatocrushed peeled tomatoes
- Salta pinch
- Olive Oila drizzle
- Oreganoa bit
- Mozzarellaslices
- Basilfresh basil leaves for garnish
Method
- Mix crushed peeled tomatoes with a pinch of salt, a drizzle of olive oil, and a bit of oregano.
- Place slices of stale bread on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the bread slices.
- Cut mozzarella into thin slices and arrange them on top of the bread.
- Add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 5–6 minutes, until the mozzarella is melted.
- Finish with a few fresh basil leaves.
