Method
- Crisp the speck in a pan until crunchy.
- Sauté pumpkin cubes with garlic, rosemary, and salt.
- Slice a nice loaf of bread.
- Add a spoonful of honey and slices of brie on the bread.
- Cover and let the cheese melt gently.
- Top with pumpkin cubes and crispy speck.
