- 3/4 cupOat Flakes
- 1/2 cupFarina di Segale
- Farina di Canapa
- 1 tbspHoney
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- Toast the mixed seeds in a non-stick pan without oil until they begin to pop. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the rye flour, oat flakes, toasted seeds, hemp flour, a pinch of salt, and extra virgin olive oil.
- Dissolve a tablespoon of honey in a little warm water and add to the mixture. Stir well. Add more water if needed to obtain a dense but spreadable dough.
- Let rest for 5 minutes to allow the oat flakes to absorb the liquid.
- Spread the dough on a damp baking sheet (to prevent sticking) as thinly as possible.
- With a pizza cutter, score the dough into squares.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 20-40 minutes, checking until golden and crispy.
- Let cool completely, then break along the scored lines.
