A fluffy two-color bundt cake made with a vanilla and cocoa batter, flavored with orange zest. Perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

- 500 gSugar
- 350 gWhole Milk
- 160 gOlio di Semi Girasole
- 530 gFlour
- 40 gUnsweetened Cocoa
- 1 pcsInstant Yeast For Desserts1 sachet of instant yeast
- OrangeZest of one untreated Italian orange
- Powdered Sugar(optional) — For dusting
Method
- In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar with an electric mixer for at least 10 minutes until light and fluffy.
- Add sunflower oil, cold whole milk, and instant yeast. Mix on low speed.
- Gradually add flour, mixing until well combined.
- Grease a 28 cm bundt pan with spray release or butter and flour.
- Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan.
- To the remaining batter, add bitter cocoa and mix thoroughly to break up any lumps.
- Add orange zest and mix until uniform.
- Pour the cocoa batter over the vanilla batter in the pan, trying to distribute evenly.
- Bake in a preheated static oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40-45 minutes, or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for a few minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
