A fluffy two-color bundt cake made with a vanilla and cocoa batter, flavored with orange zest. Perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Method

  1. In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar with an electric mixer for at least 10 minutes until light and fluffy.
  2. Add sunflower oil, cold whole milk, and instant yeast. Mix on low speed.
  3. Gradually add flour, mixing until well combined.
  4. Grease a 28 cm bundt pan with spray release or butter and flour.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan.
  6. To the remaining batter, add bitter cocoa and mix thoroughly to break up any lumps.
  7. Add orange zest and mix until uniform.
  8. Pour the cocoa batter over the vanilla batter in the pan, trying to distribute evenly.
  9. Bake in a preheated static oven at 180°C (350°F) for 40-45 minutes, or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
  10. Let cool in the pan for a few minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
