Super crispy and easy zucchini chips made in an air fryer. Thinly sliced zucchini seasoned with paprika, garlic, salt, and cornstarch, then air fried to perfection.

Method

  1. Slice the zucchini into the thinnest possible rounds.
  2. Dry them well on absorbent paper.
  3. Season with paprika, garlic, salt, and most importantly cornstarch.
  4. Spray with oil and cook in an air fryer at 180°C for 20 minutes.
  5. Enjoy immediately.
