A stuffed squid recipe with an autumnal twist, featuring porcini mushrooms and chestnuts. The squid is filled with a mixture of its own tentacles, porcini, bread crumbs, and chestnuts, then browned and served with a chestnut and yogurt sauce.

Method
- Prepare a chestnut and yogurt sauce by blending cooked chestnuts with yogurt until creamy.
- Sauté the squid tentacles in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
- Add sliced porcini mushrooms and cook briefly.
- Add soaked and squeezed bread crumbs and crumbled chestnuts; season and mix well.
- Stuff the squid bodies with the prepared filling.
- Brown the stuffed squid in a pan with a little olive oil.
- Serve the squid with the chestnut and yogurt sauce.
