A classic Roman recipe for using leftover boiled meat, cooked in a rich tomato sauce with onion, parsley, and pepper.

- 1/2 pcsOnionhalf onion
- Extra Virgin Olive Oila drizzle
- Brotha little broth
- Tomato Passatatomato passata
- Saltto taste
- Parsleychopped parsley
- Pepperto taste
Method
- Take the leftover boiled meat and slice it into thick slices.
- Slice half an onion thinly.
- In a pan, heat a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and sauté the onion.
- Add a little broth to cook the onion well.
- When the onion is cooked, add the tomato passata and a pinch of salt. Cook the sauce for 5-6 minutes.
- Chop the parsley.
- Add the meat and a little broth. Cook for 5-6 minutes over medium-low heat.
- Add pepper and chopped parsley, stir, and serve.
