Banitsa

Banitsa is a typical Bulgarian dish, very famous and tasty, which I'm sure will win you over at the first bite. A very simple recipe to make, perfect for a fun dinner or an aperitif with friends. Various layers of phyllo dough, well arranged, host a delicious filling with an intense flavor made with cheeses and Greek yogurt. You could also make the phyllo dough at home, it's not difficult, but if you're not very experienced we recommend buying it ready-made.
