Watermelon and Gin

A refreshing alcoholic drink made with seedless watermelon, ice, and a splash of Sardinian gin.
Method
- Cut the large seedless watermelon in half and scoop out some of the flesh to create a cavity.
- Fill the cavity with ice.
- Add a generous splash of good Sardinian gin.
- Blend or stir gently with a spoon, then drink directly from the watermelon.
