  This one has 100% Swiss beef, provolone, arugula, crispy onions, and homemade truffle mayo. You can taste every single ingredient — the arugula, the truffle, the crispy onion, the provolone. It's very good, really particular. I prefer the bestseller, but I'd gladly finish this one too.

• Fully Fries

  These are fries topped with a smash burger, onions, American cheese, and burger sauce. The onions are really strong, almost pickled — they overpower everything. It's a dish for people who really love onions. The overall taste is good, but the onion is too invasive for me.

• Kebab Burger

  This one is packed with ingredients: 100% Swiss beef, American cheese, fresh onion, tomatoes, lettuce, red cabbage, homemade kebab sauce, and white sauce. It's very fresh because of the tomato and red cabbage — it feels like eating a kebab wrap but with smashed meat. The sauce reminds me of Turkish or Lebanese spices. It's good, but not my favorite — too many veggies for me.

  These are big pieces, more like chicken fingers than nuggets. The chicken inside is incredibly juicy and succulent — you really taste the chicken. But the breading looks a bit dark, maybe cooked a few seconds too long. Not burnt, but you can tell. Still, the inside is devastating. Good, no complaints on flavor.

  This is the classic, timeless one. The smash is perfect — I don't want to exaggerate because it might sound like a plug, but the community knows I'm 100% honest. Look at that perfect smash. It's excellent simplicity, truly very good. The meat, cheese, bacon, and our homemade bacon jam — it's a classic that never gets old.

• Nuggets

  These nuggets have a really strong pepper flavour, and the breading is crunchy like cornflakes — it stays crunchy even after a few minutes. Way better than the McDonald's ones, honestly. I'd come back just for these. The texture is completely different from what I'm used to — you can really feel the softness of the chicken thigh meat. It's like a chicken wing but in nugget form. The batter is super light, made with buttermilk and flour, and the marinade really lets the chicken flavour shine through. I didn't expect them to be this honest and genuine.

• Mac and Cheese Bombs

  I expected something creamy, but it's very mozzarella-like. It's still addictive though. I think it needs a sauce to go with it, but eating it dry is actually much better — I take back what I said, dry is the way to go. It reminds me of mozzarella sticks but without feeling heavy. It goes down easy.

• Smash Bob

  This is inspired by a trip to Berlin — we wanted to make a burger that tasted like kebab. The sauce has the spices they use to marinate kebab meat, plus a yogurt sauce. The first thing that hits you is garlic, onion, and then all these spices. It's amazing when a burger surprises you like this — I didn't expect it. It's the best so far, hands down.

  This one has arugula, fried onions, homemade truffle mayonnaise, and provolone. It's very Italian, more delicate and clean. It's almost healthy with the arugula — you feel less guilty. It's the most popular among female customers, statistically. It's good, but I prefer the more 'ignorant' ones like the Smash Bob or Bacon Boy.

  This Smash Kebab looks great — it's a mix of meat that's like a kebab because of the sauces and the bread. The meat is the same as a smash burger, but the sauces give it that kebab vibe. They made a mayonnaise with the spices they use to marinate the meat. The sauces give the taste of the white sauce from kebabs. The meat is here, the cabbage is here. The game was exactly that: make a sauce with kebab spices, then the white sauce that balances everything and gives you that experience that reminds you of kebab. It's good. It's like a kebab but it's not heavy — with all the vegetables, yogurt sauce, wet sauce, it cleans the palate well. Quite light actually.

• Bacon Boy

  This is the most beautiful sandwich of all. Among all the smash burgers I've eaten — from Shake Shack in New York, in Paris, Street Burger in Italy — I've eaten so many smash burgers. I believe that the Bacon Boy is the best sandwich of all. It's not just iconic, it's the best in terms of assembly and simplicity. I'm a bit emotional. The quality of the Swiss meat is top, it has an extra gear. The smash is perfect. I confirm my 8.5 from three years ago.
