A stunning Christmas dessert inspired by tiramisù and zuccotto, filled with mascarpone cream, chocolate, and red berries.

Method
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whip the egg whites to stiff peaks.
- In a bowl, combine the egg yolks with the sugar syrup and mix well.
- Add the mascarpone one spoonful at a time, folding it in gently.
- Fold the whipped egg whites into the mascarpone mixture until smooth.
- Divide the cream mixture into two equal parts. In one part, fold in the cooked red berries.
- In a small bowl, mix coffee and melted chocolate to create a dipping liquid.
- Take a round or dome-shaped bowl. Quickly dip the ladyfingers into the coffee-chocolate mixture and line the bowl completely.
- Spread a layer of the plain mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
- Add a layer of the berry mascarpone cream on top.
- Add a layer of fresh raspberries (optional).
- Repeat layers: ladyfingers dipped in coffee-chocolate, plain cream, berry cream, and fresh raspberries until the bowl is filled.
- Finish with a final layer of ladyfingers.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- After chilling, carefully invert the zuccotto onto a serving plate.
- Dust with cocoa powder, drizzle with melted chocolate, and garnish with fresh red berries.
