Puff pastry stars stacked into Christmas tree shapes, served with two creamy dipping sauces: one with tuna, green olives, and robiola cheese, and another with stracchino (or ricotta) and sun-dried tomatoes. Perfect festive appetizer.

Ingredients
9 items- 2 pcsRectangular Puff PastryRectangular puff pastry sheets
- 1 pcsEggFor egg wash
- 200 gRobiolaSoft cheese for first sauce
- 200 gTunaCanned tuna, drained
- Green OlivesTo taste, pitted if desired
- Olive OilDrizzle for the first sauce
- Black PepperTo taste
- Stracchino o RicottaFor second sauce, quantity to taste
- Dried TomatoesFor second sauce, quantity to taste
Method
- Roll out the puff pastry and use cookie cutters of different sizes to cut out star shapes.
- Place the stars on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Prick the surface with a fork. Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake in a preheated oven until golden.
- Prepare the first sauce: in a blender, combine robiola, green olives, tuna, a drizzle of olive oil, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Prepare the second sauce: in the blender, combine stracchino (or ricotta) with sun-dried tomatoes. Blend until smooth.
- Once the stars are cool, assemble the Christmas trees: stack the stars of decreasing size on top of each other, securing with a toothpick.
- Serve with the dipping sauces.
