Pear and Chocolate Cake

Method

1. Remove the core from the pears and place them in a pot with water.
2. Cook until the water has evaporated and the pears are soft.
3. Add a generous amount of melted chocolate and stir.
4. Pour the mixture into a cake tin, cover with plastic wrap directly on the surface, and let it rest in the fridge.
5. Optionally dust with cocoa powder before serving.
