A quick and tasty toast recipe with tartar sauce, fontina cheese, cooked ham, and artichokes.

Method
- Take the bread and heat it well in a pan.
- Add tartar sauce and Tabasco, then mix well.
- Once the bread is toasted, add cheese (fontina or similar), close the toast, and put it on the grill to heat.
- Spread tartar sauce on the base of the toast.
- Add abundant cooked ham.
- Add crispy artichoke hearts (in oil).
- Heat everything on the grill until warm and serve.
