Ingredients

- 1 pcsFresh Chili Pepper
- 1/2 tspTurmeric
- 1/2 tspPaprika
- 1/2 tspCumin
- 1/2 tspGaram Masala
- SaltTo taste
- Pasta per SamosaAs needed

Method
- Boil the pumpkin until tender, then drain and mash with a fork.
- In a pan, sauté the onion with a drizzle of oil.
- Add the spices (fresh chili, turmeric, paprika, cumin, garam masala, salt) to the onion and cook briefly.
- Add the mashed pumpkin to the pan, mix well, and cook for a short time until the filling is ready.
- Form a cone with the samosa pastry and fill it generously with the pumpkin mixture.
- Seal the edges by wetting your fingers with a little water.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the samosas until golden and crispy, about 2 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot, optionally with a chutney or yogurt-based sauce.
