- Heat oil for frying.
- Finely chop the cooked ham.
- Break the bread into pieces and soak in a little milk until soft; squeeze out excess milk.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, turkey, veal, and pork.
- Add the chopped ham, soaked bread, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, eggs, and mashed boiled potatoes.
- Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a log and divide into equal portions; roll each portion in breadcrumbs to form meatballs.
- Fry the meatballs in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels and let rest briefly before serving.
