- 150 mlWhite Wine1 glass (about 150 ml)

Method
- In a pan, heat the white wine with half a bay leaf, one crushed garlic clove and two peppercorns. Let it reduce by half to remove the alcohol.
- Meanwhile, prepare the fish: remove the skin (optional) and season with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt. Massage well.
- Cut the vegetables: slice the zucchini, dice the potatoes small, halve the cherry tomatoes, cut the green beans and slice the onion.
- On a sheet of parchment paper, lay the onion as a base, then add the other ingredients in order: zucchini, cherry tomatoes, potatoes, green beans, aromatic herbs (marjoram and basil), lemon zest. Place the fish in the center.
- Pour the wine reduction over the fish.
- Brush the edges of the parchment paper with beaten egg to seal. Fold the edge in a zigzag to close the packet tightly.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
- Open the packet and serve directly with a spoon.
