Homemade Oreos and Ice Cream

Method

1. Combine flour, black cocoa, sugar, salt, soft butter, and egg. Mix quickly.
2. Let the dough rest.
3. For the cream: mix cream, vanilla, and condensed milk. Let it rest as well.
4. Roll out the dough and let it rest again.
5. Shape the cookies and bake them.
6. Crush a couple of cookies for the cream.
7. Final assembly, freeze, and serve.
