A quick and easy homemade version of the classic Italian Nippon snack: melted milk and dark chocolate mixed with puffed rice, then set and cut into cubes.

Ingredients
5 items- 200 gMilk Chocolate30% cocoa
- 50 gDark Chocolate50% cocoa
- 20 gButter
- 1 tspMillefiori Honey
- 5Puffed RiceQuantity as per taste – adjust as needed
Method
- Combine milk chocolate, dark chocolate, butter, and honey in a heatproof bowl.
- Melt everything together using a bain-marie (double boiler), stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and add the puffed rice; mix well to coat evenly.
- Transfer the mixture to a square container (or a ring mold) and level it with a spatula.
- Let it cool completely, then set in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
- Once firm, remove the ring if using, and cut the block into small cubes with a knife.
