  • CheeseYour favorite cheese for pizza; e.g., mozzarella or provola

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the Manitoba flour with fresh yeast. Gradually add water, and once fully absorbed, add salt.
  2. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rest until doubled in size (about 2 hours).
  3. Cut the dough into pieces and form small balls. Place them in a well-oiled muffin mold and let rest for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Add your preferred topping: in this case, tomato sauce, cheese, and thyme.
  5. Bake in a hot oven until golden (about 35 minutes). Serve warm.
