A fusion of Japanese tradition and Italian spirit. Glutinous rice flour, water, and sugar are cooked over very low heat to form a sticky, compact dough. Work it with cornstarch, then fill with Nutella. The result: tears of joy and guaranteed food porn.

Ingredients
5 items- 100 gGlutinous Rice Flour
- 40 gZucchero Semolato Fine
- 100 mlWater
- Nutellaas needed
- Corn Starchfor dusting
Method
- Combine glutinous rice flour, water, and sugar. The mixture will be a batter.
- Cook over very low heat until a sticky and compact dough forms.
- Work the dough for a couple of minutes with cornstarch.
- Keep the dough moist and work it quickly before it dries out.
- Chilling the Nutella can help with the process.
- Form the mochi with the Nutella filling.
