Method

  1. In a bowl, combine the ground beef and ground pork.
  2. Soak the bread slices in milk, then squeeze out excess milk and add to the meat.
  3. Add salt, pepper, grated cheese, and finely chopped parsley. Mix well with your hands until evenly combined.
  4. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Using a ring mold, shape the mixture into small mini burgers.
  6. Prepare the purple potato chips: slice the potato thinly and fry in hot oil until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.
  7. Grill the mini burgers on a hot grill or pan until cooked through.
  8. Place the grated cheese on top of the burgers and let it melt.
  9. Serve the mini burgers with the purple potato chips and Heinz Zero Ketchup.
