Method
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef and ground pork.
- Soak the bread slices in milk, then squeeze out excess milk and add to the meat.
- Add salt, pepper, grated cheese, and finely chopped parsley. Mix well with your hands until evenly combined.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Using a ring mold, shape the mixture into small mini burgers.
- Prepare the purple potato chips: slice the potato thinly and fry in hot oil until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels and season with salt.
- Grill the mini burgers on a hot grill or pan until cooked through.
- Place the grated cheese on top of the burgers and let it melt.
- Serve the mini burgers with the purple potato chips and Heinz Zero Ketchup.
