Homemade version of the classic Kinder Pinguì snack: chocolate sponge layers, mascarpone cream, and a dark chocolate glaze. A nostalgic treat made from scratch.

Method
- Beat eggs with sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add sifted flour, cocoa powder, and seed oil; mix until combined.
- Pour the batter onto a baking tray and bake until done.
- Cut the baked sponge into squares (biscuit).
- Prepare the cream: whip mascarpone with honey, vanilla, and cream until frothy.
- Layer the dessert: a layer of chocolate biscuit, a layer of mascarpone cream, a thin layer of dark chocolate, another layer of cream, and finally another biscuit layer.
- Freeze for a few hours until firm.
- Cut into small bars and dip into a glaze made of melted chocolate and oil.
