Yogurt Strawberry Chocolate Ice Cream Bars

A super easy and delicious snack made with only 4 ingredients: Greek yogurt, strawberries, honey, and dark chocolate. Perfect for a refreshing summer treat.

Ingredients
4 items- 300 gGreek Yogurt
- 250 gStrawberries
- 1 tbspHoney
- Dark ChocolateAs needed for coating
Method
- Cut the strawberries into pieces and mash them with a fork or blender to obtain a puree.
- Mix the strawberry puree with Greek yogurt and honey until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into ice cream bar molds (or into a small dish). Insert a wooden stick in the center.
- Freeze for about 2 hours until solid.
- Melt the dark chocolate.
- Remove the frozen bars from the molds and dip them into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
- Let the chocolate set for a few minutes. Serve immediately or keep frozen.
