Red Velvet Christmas Cupcakes

Method

1. In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients including sugar and mix well.
2. Color the buttermilk with red and pour it into the dry ingredients together with the other liquids.
3. Once the batter is smooth and lump-free, pour it into the cupcake liners and bake.
4. Meanwhile, prepare the frosting with cheese, cream and powdered sugar.
5. Once the muffins are well cold, remove the dome and fill with frosting and sprinkles.
